On their site they specify exactly what to expect with their orders (size, quantity, shipping windows, tracking numbers) and they come through beautifully. I received my full shipment alive (not a single dead feeder, to my surprise. Companies overestimate their counts for a reason, dead feeders happen) in a super timely manner. Quentin ALWAYS handles his business like a pro. We’ve been buying bugs from Kimbrell’s for about 6 months now. Once a shipment came in with a good number of dead ones (10% is my guess) and he made it right by bumping up the next order. ALSO, he gets the orders out quickly and with care. If it’s cold or hot he’ll pack and/or ship accordingly to be sure your bugs are safe. My wife, daughter, bearded dragon and I all thank you Kimbrell’s.
