Shipping

Orders ship Monday-Wednesday only.

Orders must be received before 7 a.m. central time to ship that day. Any order after 7 a.m. central time on Wednesday will usually be held to ship the following Monday.

Packages MUST be marked “live insects”.

Orders cannot be shipped to a post office box. A true physical address must be provided.

Tracking numbers will be emailed to buyer after package ships. Tracking numbers will be at the bottom of your order complete email. It is the customer’s responsibility to check tracking and keep track of their order.

Buyer is responsible to ensure their address is correct. If an order is returned because of an incorrect address no money will be refunded. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses.

Orders may contain harmless cleaner crew consisting of Dermestidae beetles/larva. We will not be held responsible for damage or harm caused by the insects which orders may contain.

It is the customer’s responsibility to research the laws in their state.

Live Arrival Guarantee

Kimbrells Coldblood Inc. cannot be held responsible for carrier errors or delays. Please choose your shipping option carefully.

There will be a live arrival guarantee (LAG) on orders delivered within 4 days if the following conditions are met:

Buyer must accept package on first delivery attempt.

Temperatures above 40 but below 85 degrees at delivery point qualify for live arrival guarantee.

Temperatures below 40 degrees or above 85 degrees at delivery point must be shipped UPS Next Day Air to qualify for live arrival guarantee.

Temperatures below 20 degrees or above 95 degrees at delivery point will have no guarantee no matter what shipping is chosen, ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK.

If an order comes in dead on arrival (DOA) we MUST be notified by email at: info@kimbrellscoldblood.com within 1 hour of delivery (NO EXCEPTIONS). This short window of contact time ensures that the package is brought inside and inspected quickly after delivery has been made. Do not discard your order before you communicate with us, we will require photos of product AND packaging. Dead on arrival orders will either be replaced or refunded at our discretion. Any other issues with orders will need to be addressed, by email, within 24 hours of delivery.

Heat Tape

The end user is responsible for all installations and use. Kimbrells Coldblood Inc. nor the manufacture offer any warranty on heat tape or heat tape products.
